The Public Works Department informed the public on water disruption or low water pressure to some areas in the Brunei Muara District.

The department has detected high levels of organic matter and coloured water at the raw water intake, Tutong River. As a result, this will affect the production of clean water which also affects the levels of water in the main reservoirs. The Public Works Department has activated the Standard Operating Procedures and is currently planning recovery actions to ensure that water supply will resume as usual.
